The signing of the Diversity Charter is done online through our website.
Additionally, the commitment can be made public by participating in the Diversity Charter signing events, where signatory entities showcase their adherence. These events are organized in collaboration with the Representation of the European Commission in Spain.
We generally organize two signing events per year: one as part of European Diversity Month and another during the Foundation’s Awards Gala. Participation in the signing events has a cost of €200 + VAT (21%), which covers the diploma, photographer, press release, communication, and event organization.
It is also possible to organize customized signing events upon request if a company or institution wishes to do so. Participation in these customized events also costs €200 + VAT (21%), covering the diploma, photos, press release, and communication activities. If the signing event takes place outside Madrid, travel expenses will be added to this amount.

The signing of the Diversity Charter is done online. Additionally, organizations can publicly demonstrate their commitment by participating in signing events where signatory entities showcase their adherence. There are several ways to participate:
- Signing events held as part of Fundación Diversidad events.
- Customized signing events (e.g., personalized ceremonies).
- Signing events for a corporate group (e.g., company-wide ceremonies).
- Signing events held as part of Fundación Diversidad events: €200 + VAT (21%) per organization.
- Customized signing events: €200 + VAT (21%) per organization.
- Signing events for corporate groups: €100 + VAT (21%) per organization.
These signing events are generally held during the European Diversity Month (May) and as part of the Fundación Diversidad Awards Gala (November).
These are signing events held between the requesting organization and Fundación Diversidad. In such cases, the general director of the foundation or a member of the board participates in the event. The cost of these individual signing events is €200, which covers the physical diploma, photos, press release, and communication.
