The winners of the VIII Fundación Diversidad Awards are: Admiral Seguros, Fundación Resilis, Mutua de Accidentes de Canarias, RTVE, and Universidade da Coruña, chosen as benchmarks for their diversity management policies.

In the “public institution” category, the winning organisation is Universidade da Coruña. Admiral Seguros won first prize for “large company”, while Mutua de Accidentes de Canarias won best “SME”. In the “Best practice in culture or sport” category, the winner was Fundación Resilis. In addition, RTVE received a “Special mention for the best D&I project” for its commitment to diversity.

The jury assessed the Diversity and Inclusion policies of each of the organisations. Specifically, they assessed the actions related to diversity: diversity strategies or plans, code of good practices, the existence of inclusive selection processes, the implementation of inclusive marketing campaigns, the creation of interest groups and networking, the commitment to inclusive language, the training of managers on unconscious biases, the results achieved, as well as the mechanisms put in place to monitor the policies and actions in this area, among other measures.
