Fundación para la Diversidad, in collaboration with the European Commission and the Spanish Government, announces annually the “Fundación Diversidad Awards”, in order to honour the best diversity management practices of companies and public institutions.
The purpose of these awards is to recognize initiatives that reflect the best models of diversity management for integration, equal opportunities and the creation of inclusive workplaces as a way to improve business efficiency and social sustainability.
For the eighth consecutive year, Fundación Diversidad announces the call for entries for the Awards for diversity management in companies and institutions.
Don’t hesitate! If you believe your company or organization stands out for its Diversity and Inclusion management, this is your chance to make yourself known and be rewarded for your work. You can also participate if you are carrying out projects in the field of equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
We reward diversity management in its broadest sense and any project in this area is welcomed. Here are a few examples:
Applications can be submitted from 15th July until 30th September 2022.
The judges may also award a special mention to a project of great interest, either general or aimed at a specific group. It may also be an initiative that improves the clients or user’s experience or that contributes to promoting an entrepreneurial initiative of people from a specific group. It may also be to honour an influential person that stands out in diversity and inclusion in Spain.
The companies, organizations or public institutions that wish to participate must fill in the registration form and renew their commitment to the Diversity Charter.
