The Fundación para la Diversidad, in collaboration with the European Commission and the Government of Spain, annually calls for the “Fundación Diversidad Awards,” which have been recognizing companies, institutions, organizations, and individuals in Spain that promote diversity and inclusion since 2015.
The Fundación Diversidad Awards aim to recognize the most outstanding public and private institutions for their commitment to the 10 principles of the Diversity Charter, their management of diversity, and their creation of inclusive work environments. There are several categories: SME, large company, public institution or company, and special employment center.
The Awards also recognize the best projects from entities in the fields of culture and sports, as well as projects developed by NGOs that promote diversity in the most innovative way, with the greatest social impact, and that can be replicated in other organizations.
Finally, they annually recognize one or more influential individuals who promote inclusion and diversity in Spain.
